Where we ship
We currently ship across India. We do not ship internationally.
Shipping charges

Dispatch
Orders are processed on working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Pre-orders are dispatched when stock becomes available. We will keep you updated by email at each stage of your order.
Delivery
Delivery is handled by our courier partners. Once dispatched, delivery time depends on your location and the courier’s network.
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If delivery is attempted and fails because nobody was available, the courier will normally reattempt. After repeated failed attempts a package may be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur a further charge.
Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays can occur due to weather, transport disruption, local restrictions or courier backlogs. We will keep you informed if we become aware of a delay affecting your order.
Damaged in transit
If a package arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us within [48 hours] at [EMAIL].
