Products and pricing

We are an authorised reseller of Neo Smartpen products in India. Product images, descriptions and specifications are provided by the manufacturer and are believed accurate at the time of publishing. Minor variations in colour or finish between images and the delivered product are possible.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.

We may change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the moment you complete payment.

Despite our efforts, an item may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. Where this happens, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, and we will contact you before doing so.

Pre-orders

Some products are offered on a pre-order basis, meaning payment is taken at the time of ordering and the product is dispatched when stock becomes available.

By placing a pre-order you acknowledge that:

  • Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering
  • Dispatch depends on stock availability from the manufacturer or importer
  • We will keep you informed by email of the status of your order
  • If we become unable to fulfil your pre-order, we will cancel it and refund you in full
  • You may cancel your pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund, as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order where the product is unavailable, where we cannot verify your details, where we suspect fraud, or where there has been a pricing error.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a payment gateway authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. We do not see, handle or store your card, UPI or banking credentials. Your use of the payment gateway is also subject to Razorpay’s own terms and privacy policy.

Coupons and promotional codes

Coupon codes are valid only for the period, quantity and products stated. Unless expressly stated, they cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and cannot be applied retrospectively to an order already placed.

We may withdraw or cancel a code at any time, including where we reasonably believe it has been shared, published or used in a way we did not intend.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Warranty claims are handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, unauthorised repair, or normal wear of consumable parts such as refills and batteries.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, layout, code and design — is owned by us or used with permission and is protected by Indian copyright law. Neo Smartpen, R1 and related marks are trademarks of NeoLAB Convergence Inc. and are used here as an authorised reseller.

You may not copy, reproduce or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of business, arising from use of a product or the Site.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Events beyond our control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, customs delays, manufacturer supply failure, or government action.

Governing law
